WITH FAMILY IN MINDComfortable Living
Welcome home. Island Club Phase 3 is a close-knit community of 88 condominiums within Island Club, a 512-residence community in Pompano Beach that has been a place to call home since 1975. Whether you're a full-time resident, a seasonal neighbor or thinking about buying, this site is your hub for community news, documents, forms and contacts.
Phase 3 is run by owners, for owners. Our volunteer Board of Directors works to protect property values, keep our buildings and grounds in great shape, and make Island Club a friendly place to live.
